In terms of property management, my experience with them has been awful. They consistently fail to fulfill their contractual obligations and permit renters to damage properties without consequence. Following a particularly atroucious encounter, I reached out to several tenants under their management, who corroborated my findings: they neglect to conduct promised walk-throughs or property check-ups as stipulated in their contracts.
