I sold my retail shopping center with John Van Tassel from The Real Estate Agency and he did an amazing job. There were several problems that I didn't know how to fix and John knew right away how to fix them. He really knows real estate. His negotiating got me more money then what I expected from the property and he was able to get the property sold when another well known agent could not. We first started looking for our first home back in 2015 , not knowing the areas or how to start the process we were referred to John Van Tassel thru a mutual friend. John was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions , even when we called late hours. Always on time with our meetings and fully prepared. Considering my experience with John Van Tassel I would avoid doing any type of business with him. He is extremely dishonorable and can't be trusted. Do a background check on him before doing any business with him.
John van tassel is a very dishonest person. I wouldnt recommend him to antibody he has no integrity do a background check before on him or any other real estate salesman there tons of crooked people just like john
