Play have the greatest service that I've ever experienced in the many times I have used them over the years. Play communicate greatly and let you know when they can be there and they get their as I said and look at the issues and are honest about what is wrong with your appliance and tell you what needs to be done to fix it or if they can't they will let you know if they have an appliance to replace it. I'm not sure what building you guys went into but the building I went into they literally only had three washers one set and probably 4 dryers.the pics are false , please tell me if I'm going into the wrong building
