My son and I had been been visiting The Razor's Edge intermittently, schedule permitting, for the previous 19 years. On the morning of Monday, March 23, I entered with a single gentleman in front of me. While waiting over the course of 25 minutes, 3 additional gentlemen arrived and were immediately serviced ahead of me. My presence was not acknowledged once. I've never experienced anything like this in any business, barbershop or otherwise, nor do I suspect I ever will. Utterly gobsmacked by this experience.
Lori did a great job cutting my hair and was very friendly with conversation while doing it. Pricing was the average rate in the area.
Jose was great! Gave me a great cut and my 4 year old son!
