I found out last year that 100% of the proceeds of the $100 parking tickets given to students who are 5 minutes late leaving out of one of “your” priority lots on Men’s Basketball game days goes not to Transit and Parking, but to the foundation. The foundation uses this money to give hundreds of thousands of dollars of “speaking engagement” bonuses to the coaches (I pulled your tax information from 2017).
