Arturo has been the biggest help in the moving process! He has done a great job ensuring everything is fixed to a high quality presence and has made me feel more comfortable with the attention to detail and ensuring the resident is taken care of!
It’s a lovely place with lovely staff in the front office, and the facility maintenance is very timely. Arturo is a god send and is very thorough as far as reviewing maintenance concerns and making sure they are taken care of day of or that an action plan is made. It’s a lovely home
Arturo Guzman the Handyman, has fixed a fee things in my apartment; he’s always quick, never cuts any corners, and is very friendly.
