The maintenance team Arturo is super helpful and he’s such a Superman can fix anything 😆! Always show up fast response, professional and reliable! Thanks to the leasing office management crew, Aaliyah & Cerv ❤️very helpful and nice people for my move-in! Residents here are nice and friendly. The monthly events hosted by the leasing office for neighbors link are so considerate and I really enjoy engaging them! I consider Rays as my home in Vegas now 🏠 I feel so safe and comfortable living here!

Cerv and his leasing team were helpful throughout every step and helped me secure the perfect view.
Premises are clean and comfortable but security cabin is always empty with no security guard personnel around and sometimes we struggle with deliveries or any kind because nobody grant en access to get in.
Please note: The noise of the building is huge and you will lose all your deposit when you move out.
