Don't rent here if you have pets or dislike junk fees. I lived here for 9 years. The apartments themselves are decent, but the current management company that took over in late 2022 dings you for everything. Also note that Hamilton Road is set for a widening project (at least 3 years, if everything says on schedule) starting later this year. It is already difficult to get out of the apartments safely to go south on Hamilton Road at some times of the day (for example, 3PM). Their "pet rent" is now $49 per pet per month... read more
