This park used to be a good park when we moved in. However, over the past 3 years, the park has went completely into the toilet. Community wide water leaks. 4-5 times a year, rent prices skyrocket through the roof Rules and regulations for things you can have in your yard that they do not enforce. The only good thing about this part that I have come to realize that are some of the people that live here. I myself, am I am ready to default on my loan
This is a wonderful community quiet and the management is very well on top of things going on. They have a lot of perks to live in here and I would recommend it if you would like a place close to all the shops.
Looking for a new home
Looks like a nice trailer park nice homes in it probably one of the nicer ones around South Haven if not the nicest
