The Rattlesnake Club was amazing! Michelle was fantastic to work with. She is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The venue from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception was amazing. The food is incredible every time I have gone and everyone is so friendly! We even brought our 9 month baby girl to dinner one night with the family and the restaurant was super accommodating! Definitely want to go back again soon! The white chocolate ravioli is incredible!! I also had my baby shower in a private space at the Rattlesnake and everything was perfect! We had the perfect wedding at The Rattlesnake at the end of July! Our guests raved about the food and the location for weeks after our wedding. The service was excellent. We had our wedding at the Rattlesnake Aug 4, 2018 and I have only good things to say about the coordinators, staff and venue. We loved the industrial yet all-inclusiveness of the venue. We were still able to add our own touches but not stress out about all the little things that some do it yourself venues offer. Definitely recommend!
I'm dissapointed in the rattlesnake. We've had a great experience with a prior event there, but the last time we were there, I was not impressed. The server asked if we wanted drinks from the open bar, but then came back after we started drinking them and told us they weren't covered yet and would have to pay. Who does that? If I was going to pay that much for drinks, I would have gone over to the actual bar in the restaurant, not the event bar.
What a SPECTACULAR job the Rattlesnake Club staff did this past Saturday for our daughter's wedding. Everything was beautiful, and could not have asked for more! The food was delicious, and the service was top notch! Our guests are still texting and emailing us to say how wonderful it all was. Michelle was there for us, and ever so helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make things perfect. We couldn't be happier.
