I found The Rare Bird on a whim while searching for a stylist who could do an updo for an event later this year, and what I found was so much more (in the best way). Eris was fantastic! She has a very calm, chilled vibe and knows exactly how to cut and style curls. She made suggestions for products after I asked for recommendations but wasn't pushy at all. Also loved the jazz music playing in the studio.
Sam is absolutely awesome! She has been my hairstylist for the last 9 years. I don't trust my hair with anyone else. She listens and explains what she is doing. I trust her. She is a magician with color and scissors. I've NEVER been disappointed. My hair is the healthiest it’s been. She also doesn't push product. She's the absolute best!
Amazing cut and blow dry❣️
Had my first appointment here with Eris and she did an excellent job! I went in hoping to understand how to style my waves a bit more and she did just that. She suggested a gloss to help tone the highlights in my hair, provided a great cut, and ideas to maybe consider for next time. The salon itself is adorable, and everyone is so incredibly kind.
