Five of us went to Chaz for the Happy Hour drinks & dinner. The Happy Hour menu was limited, as I would have expected, but very tasty. The drinks were great and well priced. Our server was attentive but because of the number of people eating there, the food was a tad slow getting to our table. All that said, I would not hesitate to go back again.
We stayed here for one night on August 31st, 2026. The young lady at check-in was very welcoming. Our junior suite was wonderful! Spacious, clean with comfy beds, and an excellent view overlooking the Country Club Plaza. The bathroom was also spacious with a nice duel rain head shower / bath. A Thursday night stay in a 7th floor premier king suite was happily punctuated with two outstanding room service experiences, dinner and breakfast. The meals were delightfully plated, perfectly prepared, and delivered without delay, for the hot food was still quite warm and the sorbet still ice cold. We booked a King Suite with a large jetted tub and separate shower. When we arrived, we were given a regular King room that had none of the features we specifically booked. We went back to the front desk to figure out what happened, and things only got more confusing. We were told our original reservation showed us checking in on 8/28 and checking out on 8/28, and that the system wasn't showing her a room rate.
