Complete Fraud. Sure....they filed the trademark application, but only after making me do my own research. So I submit my findings and low and behold.....my application gets denied because of one of my findings. Called them multiple times to follow up with their "Application Guarantee"...I hadn't been called back. Eventually, I called to ask for my refund, minus filing fees (as promised by their "Guarantee") Obviously, they didn't call me again.
