Chose this firm as reviews were outstanding. Generously give them three stars as the communications and front end operations were definitely lacking. After I paid the retainer in full, my emails were still going to some junk folder and an intern followed up with me to solicit my business one full week later as apparently I wasn't in the system as a paid client.
