Today I had an in clinic tele-health visit with Natalie Pace, NP after an ultrasound. She was very kind and listened to my concerns and answered all questions. She immediately placed orders for blood work during my visit to help ease the anxiety I was feeling about having a blood clotting disorder. She was very knowledgeable. Most of all I could tell she cares about her patients and their health. I highly recommend her!
I had surgery performed by this clinic about two weeks ago and before I made the decision to have it. I contacted the office to get an estimate of my procedure needless to say. I was only provided CPT codes for some of the procedures for my operation and not all of them. So if you are looking for honesty, you might need to dig a little deeper before you have it done or you will be stuck with a hospital bill! Estimates are not in their vocabulary!!!!
