I will never use any company associated with CTL Management/Randall Group Inc again. The office or the credit companies made a mistake on my credit and it has been incorrect for years. Leslie, collections supervisor, seems to be the most miserable person. She clearly hates her life or her job and took it out on me. Ofcourse I have questions concerning why this mistake was made and how it will get resolved and how this will affect my credit.
