This experience has been extremely disappointing. When it comes to my dog’s medications and care, I need a veterinary office that takes responsibility when things go wrong, addresses problems at their source, and follows through on the commitments they make. We had an excellent experience with Dr. Longo and everyone at The Ranch Veterinary Hospital. We live in North Denver, and our regular veterinarian recommended The Ranch specifically because of their ability to perform a laparoscopic gastropexy. We ultimately had Dr. Longo perform both our dog Gus’s (15 month old Bernedoodle) laparoscopic gastropexy and neuter at the same time, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Ranch does an excellent job in communicating with families about their dogs, has the friendliest staff, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and they truly care for their patients. I am so thrilled to have them care for our dog! We had major dental work done on our dog and The Ranch did an amazing job in communicating expectations, cost, updates during the procedure, took their time explaining after care, and truly treat her like family. This vet is definitely a gem!!
