I have had an awful experience with this place they are only good at taking your money but they don't work with your schedule. The dentist and the assistant are always nice is the front desk people are rude.
I’m an out-of-towner and had to make a quick stop on a Friday morning. They took my appointment the day before and I could tell it was a friendly business. Beth was super helpful and friendly. She inspected the problem and quickly knew what to do. She even ensure that the rest of the contact points in my permanent retainer were reinforced and double-checked that the one that failed was placed correctly and securely. Would recommend!
I took my daughter in for a consultation today, and it was such a pleasant experience! Everyone was so wonderful -from the front desk, to Caitlyn (treatment coordinator), to Dr. DeSantis! They were so thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. My daughter’s teeth aren’t quite ready yet for braces, but we can’t wait to be back for when the time is right!
The Ranch Orthodontics has provided a 5-star result and orthodontia experience. From our initial call with the front office staff, Savanah and Samantha, were responsive and welcoming. Dr. DeSantis addressed all of our concerns and had such a positive bedside manner. The office is warm, welcoming and has a beautiful Texan charm. We felt right at home here and so will you!
