Nonresponsive unfortunately was given a referral from my kids dentist but can't get anyone to help schedule an appointment. Multiple online inquiries if you do get to talk to the office you do not get a call back. Very disappointed for a Orthodontist so highly recommend.
This man is a very good orthodontist. He actually took the time to sit down with me in front of his computer and show me what he was going to do. I happen to be very picky about my teeth, and he was patient enough to work with me, so he could get my teeth exactly the way I wanted them. I highly recommend this orthodontist.
Hard to convey into words how great Dr. D and his staff are. The front desk ladies are incredibly helpful and KIND which goes a long way these days. Then you get to the ortho assistants, who don’t have to be cheerful and converse but they do and are so knowledgeable. Then of course Dr. DeSantis, this guy has many patients but somehow takes time to speak, explain, etc. Hutto is lucky to have this practice in town, and as someone who doesn’t have ortho ins. I’d go back here every time.
This place is probably fine if you’ve never been to a previous orthodontist before, but if you’ve already had orthodontic work, I would not recommend this place. I came here for a minor adjustment to one of my teeth, and their aligner treatment plan allowed all my other teeth to go back to where they were before. They basically undid an entire year of aligner treatment I paid for from a previous orthodontist. I would not recommend this place.
I have had an awful experience with this place they are only good at taking your money but they don't work with your schedule. The dentist and the assistant are always nice is the front desk people are rude.
