We have lived at the Hudson/Boathouse Apartments for almost a year. The elevator in our building (Hudson B) has been down and not operating for almost 2 months! This is totally unacceptable! The reason we rented an apartment in this building is because it was one of the few buildings with an elevator. Also more often than not the trash chute room is full of garbage which causes our hallway to smell like trash. Inept and corrupt
Be sure and ask about unsolved Murders in the community. People get home invasion. Cars stolen. It's bad. Not a safe community for anyone raising a family. Deceptive and fraud. The best part is the view if you can afford the overpriced small unit. Hopefully, you can withstand all the noise too. Lack of parking, dirty pool and grounds so ick you may trip and fall.
