I do not recommend this property and surely will not be coming back. I have a whole list of issues starting with getting in contact with the manager for ANYTHING was impossible and could only get in touch with someone when I went into the office in person (which is difficult with office hours of 10a-6p when I work 8a-5p in downtown San Antonio and they close early on very random days with no notice until the morning of) and through maintenance requests. Shout out to the ranch apartments by Chili’s, for having the pool closed on the only day people want to swim or bbq. Thanks for constantly threatening to tow cars when there isn’t more parking in general , never fixing the fridge,or never fixing the broken jacuzzi that’s been out of service for almost a full year(worked 3 days before it was drained). One of the worst apartments I have ever lived at always something breaking down. First my dishwasher then my AC and the apartment manager Shelly telling me well did you leave it on ? Like mam I went to work and I should stay on and it taking two days just to get fixed . My whole moving out process was horrible never sent me a letter for me to renew my lease I gave a whole 3 months notice I would not be renewing .
