Great experience from the beginning. Tashauna has been amazing, from the tour and guiding me through the leasing process. Great customer service.
*Note* I have lived here for one 12 month lease term (entirety of 2025) & have since moved out upon writing this review. I will be honest. Positives: For the most part, the community is quiet. The location is extremely convenient with immediate access to fort bend tollway & grocery stores like HEB, Kroger & Walmart all being less than 5 minutes away. The Cinemark movie theater & park are less than 5 minutes away as well. Though I’ve been through 2 management changes, I haven’t had any “personal”issues with any staff members.... read more
Very professional! The staff were welcoming and greeted me right away when I walked in to inquire about the property. The tour was informative, and I appreciated how smooth and efficient the application process was. The approval notification was timely, and the app was user-friendly! I'm looking forward to continuing with the move-in process and hope to update this rating to five stars. I’ll keep you posted! So my daughter visited this property which was very lovely. The Assistant took her time and explain, drove the entire complex, explain about why this would be a great fit, allowed us to view several units the patience of Job. Truly enjoyed this young lady Tashunna.
My granddaughters are moving there this weekend Tashunna is very caring, patient and totally amazing
