My daughter was trying to move into this establishment, but after not being able to CONSISTENTLY speak with a person on more than one occasion I told her you do not NOT want to be apart of a complex where they cannot be reached. Sending an email that more than likely not be responded to until last minute is unacceptable! Also those working there are not on Same page. Late summer 2021 - summer 2026 Move in / initial experience: Property was well maintained, units, grounds, shared spaces. Maintenance and management were responsive (~24hr) to all requests whether it be verbal, email or portal requests. End of renting experience: Property has gone through new management at least 3 times. Grounds beyond the entryway gate are no longer watered or landscaped. I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was especially impressed with how nice the apartment layouts were and how well the community is kept up. The tour was informative and made me feel comfortable about potentially making this my future home. The host was very pleasant and informative, she showed us a few versions of the two bedroom, they were absolutely beautiful, can not wait to get to be a part of the community, great location clean grounds amenities great
