We chose this complex for my daughter who is a student at the Rellis campus. At the time, it was the only safe option in the area - now there are multiple other complexes in the area that are new and have amenities. This complex has none. Shortly after moving in she developed unexplained illness often requiring pulmonologist and allergists visits (we expected mold due to symptoms )- the unit was not properly cleaned upon move in (crumbs and hair in drawers, dirty air filter, completely clogged drain) and she had to have the ... read more
I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. For the price they charge, it’s honestly ridiculous that there are virtually no amenities, especially when there are much nicer apartments in the area that cost less. I moved to a newer apartment with significantly better amenities and pay less than I did here. The maintenance and upkeep of the property are terrible. This place is great if you want privacy and great neighbors. The landlord Michael is very attentive and accommodating. The apartment layouts are great. If you’re a simple person you’ll love it here. If you want more of the city life then this place is not for you:)
