Well, it was a great place until
Toured this property with my bestie! It’s in a great area. Close to some of my favorite eateries. From what I gathered it’s quiet and the leasing management seems nice. It’s been hard searching for a place to live here in this town. As everything is for college students. Here there is a large mix of students as well as families. The amenities are very nice. Pricey. But otherwise great complex
Ongoing Issues and Disappointing Management I’ve lived here since October 2023, and while I had hopes for a positive experience, things have only gone downhill — especially in recent months. Although there has been a recent turnover in management, many of the same problems persist. One major concern is the constant presence of uncollected dog waste throughout the property. I lived here since it first opened. I agree with prior commenters the apartments are very poorly made. Upon move out, there were definitely some issues, but the complex is falsifying things. I pay for valet trash and they charged for bags of trash outside of my apartment. I literally paid for the service? Why am I being double charged. The amenities are always going out.
