The infrastructure is remarkable, fair cleanliness staff is ok, so far no problems but the main reason I am writing a review is because of my neighbor. Unfortunately I have to deal with a very disruptive person who has no consideration for the rest of the people who live here. His yelling, laud music and crying is very annoying and stressful. These apartments are very nice and love the aesthetic. If you’re wanting a quiet place to live life and also be welcomed in these are the apartments. The balconies by the forest is an incredible view and it’s very calming.
These apartments are very nice. Delani was very nice and helped us choose the perfect apartment. I can’t thank her enough. The environment seemed very calm and friendly. People were smiling places we passed to see apartments. Seemed like the perfect fit for me.
These are THE SAFEST apartments around here. My son goes to Sam Houston and they made me feel comfortable leaving my boy here. Genuinely loved the community everyone I’ve met has been so kind it helped my mind be at ease leaving him there and love love LOVE the staff. Carson helped us and Delani has been very thorough with helps since we lived here. Lori is an angel when it comes to resolving a situation. Thank yall so much.
Hello new people reading this. First and foremost, I do not get paid for leaving this review. This is a completely hundred percent honest review because I’m a review buff. I have lived here for five months now… And all I can say is one the staff is very nice. I’ve lived in four separate apartments and this is the nicest staff that I’ve ever dealt with landlord and the two assistance in the office.
