RecommendedI loved Larry who worked in the front office. When I moved in a lot of things needed to be corrected. He worked with us to make sure everything was right. Still a few minor things have to be done but overall a great improvement. I absolutely hate the parking! My sister car was towed do to the only parking being inside the gate being resident park in the 10 spots marked visitor. The office manger was kind enough to call the tow company to get the car released with no fee. But I hate that the parking
When I moved here in August of 2019, it was owned by Venterra Living. Right after I moved in, it changed owners to Pinnacle. I have been living in apartments for over 10 years and I have never before written any kind of reviews for apartment management companies, but for this one I had to. I strongly do not recommend that anyone move here while Pinnacle owns it.
The staff is awesome including the maintenance team overall it's pretty quite
I love this complex! The staff really makes my day as they are extremely helpful and cheerful anytime I come in the office. The also put together great events for the community. The grounds are kept well all year round and the price is a steal for the area we are in. It is also a safe community which allows you to live easy. So all in all you guys get 5 stars from me and my family. I have also convinced a friend to move here as well :)
