I do not live at the Ranch of Bear Creek. I own very close to the complex on the Dartmouth side. I can't imagine living there.Big trash becomes overloaded and there are mattresses,, broken furniture, dirty clothing, food on the ground and in the trash. This is what coyotes and racoons are looking for April through November. The coyotes pace along the fence. If you live there, watch your animals and small children. I applied and was falsely told my application required a consignor with extraordinary income to be approved. By the time the fraudulent analysis was identified the home I paid to reserve was given to another family and management refused to return the refundable "hold fee". They've had it for months. The manager Kenzie is providing myself and other applicants false information about checks that she says have been sent but mysteriously never arrive.
