RUN FAST!!! this is the worst place to live in Lubbock! They only care about $$money and keeping people hostage with a lease! Sometimes life happens, and people need to leave for health reasons, or to stay sane.... they DO NOT care - they told my Son the only way our of his lease is if he "DIES"!!!! or finds someone to take over his lease.....but who in the heck wants to live here.... NOBODY!!! This weekend his car was totaled while it sat in the parking lot - the police are always being called out there to break up parties.... read more
Mmm i haven't lived here at all and seeing these reviews and the apologies that the "Business Respnse" has to make for all of the mistakes, i don't think so.
If you like having random people barge into your apartment without knocking, then this is the place for you! The Pros: It's one of the cheapest student apartments around town. There is a bus during the semester, but it does not stick to its schedule. The Cons: Creepy maintenance staff that will barge into your apartment without knocking or notice. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL ... the outside of the facility and the model home are beautiful. They lure the students in with parties and freebies. Moved my daughter into a supposedly "updated" apartment this weekend. It was filthy. We thought may they have just missed cleaning this apartment, which is understandable. But apparently they were all that way. I complained. They promised so send someone up to clean. He spent 3 minutes doing nothing. I complained again.
