It's been just short of 1 MONTH since I emailed the companies email addy on the websites index page, 10 days ago someone finally showed up, I called the office 6.25.26 and was told they would be in touch. It is now 21:11 and no return phone call or email estimate. If you are in need of roof repair DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SIMPLY CAN NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS PROFESSIONALLY. Our builder arranged for Alfredo to come evaluate our roof - we were told we were scheduled for a roof repair. There was no communication leading up to the day they were supposed to come out. When we reached out we discovered we were never scheduled. After weeks of trying to get scheduled, with no response from Alfredo over text or phone, I rang his cell to try and get scheduled and figure out a game plan. Great experience from start to completion. Professional and kept us updated on scheduling. Crew was great and kept the area clean of debris.
Had an excellent experience with Ramos roofing. They were very thorough in explaining insurance coverage and working through issues with the insurance company. They worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.
Ramos Roofing did a great job with our new roof. We had some hail damage and they were quick, professional and did a phenomenal job.
