Took my son for a quick cut and Dottie did amazing! Definitely will keep coming to her. The Christmas decor is beautiful as well!
My stylist Brandy was amazing and always is she was very attentive and polite. I hower can't say that about the stylist by the door. I have been coming here for years and have never seen her. She was disrespectful to all the stylist and customer speaking down to everyone as if she and her way was better. I am a business worman and would not appreciate my employees act like that.
I came in to get a simple wash, dry and style. All the girls won’t doing anything seems to be bored with their job. I asked if they had an opening, when I told them what I wanted they seemed uninterested in my services. Tell told me they don’t have one, I said okay thanks and went to walk around the mall to shop for an hour or so. They were in the same spots when I walked past the shop to leave, like they haven’t had anyone and most likely lied. Walk-ins are not welcome! I have tried to get my hair cut for well over a year from this place as being a walk-in and not once have a got a hair cut from them. You can go during the morning, the afternoon or even in the evening and they will still tell you they can’t do it. I have walked in and asked for a cut, had several girls sitting at their stations playing on their phones and still get told they can’t do it.
