I am beside myself. My hair looks terrible. I walked into the salon showed the stylist Josy a picture. The picture was almost all blonde. I am now almost all brown and My hair color looked nicer before this. She asked me if I liked it and so told her no it was nothing like what I wanted. She got butt hurt because I hate it and started getting nasty with me and told me to get out of her chair and leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!! I’ve been here multiple times as a teen and never had an issue but here recently I haven’t had a haircut in a minute and was in town so I decided to get my hair done and the typical stylist I’d go to doesn’t work here anymore so I decided to have someone else do my hair and I came in for a butterfly cut and maybe 3 inches off my hair and walked out with a pretty blunt cut to my shoulders when my hair was pretty much all the way down my back, did not get the layering I wanted whatsoever, and also didn’t get my hair washed eit... read more
