Great group of people
The sign in process is such an unnecessary step in the process. That desk is basically a hospitality area. There is room for one person at a time to sign in with infringing upon the privacy of others. The signage is tacky and unprofessional. There was no one at the desk the last 2 appointments I attended. Several months ago when I was there the signage was not detailed enough to explain the sign-in procedure for anyone who had not been there in a while. I was sent by my primary care Dr on 9-8-25 for an ultrasound. The guy at the front desk with the blue hair was too busy texting on his phone and joking with his coworkers to even speak. The lab person that did the procedure was nice and informative. This is the part that gets me. This facility is in network with my insurance. Why would I be paired with a Dr who I'm guessing read the test would be out of network??? Mind you I never saw a Dr for the ultrasound and was told by my insurance company that it's only $7.50 copay tha... read more
