beautiful, well maintained property. Very noisy with partiers and loud cars with music esp at and around club house. One trash dump placepoint for 400 plus units is bad. nice place friendly staff and good maintenance shame it's over run with disrespectful people
So bad management not recommended at all.
I have asked for maintenance for over two weeks. I came to the office three times to ask about my request, they keep telling me today or tomorrow, and the last time I called they told me they will call me back and they never called. My right to have privacy at my home I ask for replacing the blinds and I still waiting. This is not the first time, every time I ask for maintenance takes too long. RecommendedKudos to Cassie in the office. She is very helpful. I don't judge the others but ask for Cassie. The pool and gym is very nice. I lived in a one bedroom apartment home and loved it. The location is key. If I could say one negative is the garbage dumpster it's always overflowing.
we moved into our apartment mid October and couldn't be happier! Bill was friendly, worked with us and made sure we got all maintenance issues taken care of immediately. the maintenance man came and was very friendly and hospitable(even with our fresh move in mess). I'm very happy with management, with the cleanliness of our apartment complex and the wonderful and helpful assistance given by all the staff in the main office. I would recommend it to anyone!
