The staff at The Rack Spot were incredibly friendly and helpful. They installed my hitch and bike rack and patiently showed me how to use it.
Nice and professional gentlemen working in the store. Answered all my questions on the phone and I was able to order the hitch and schedule the installation pretty easily. Installation was done earlier than anticipated. Nice selection of various racks in the store. Pricing is about the same as other rack places, but they had a sale that I took advantage of. Lifetime warranty.
