Nice and professional gentlemen working in the store. Answered all my questions on the phone and I was able to order the hitch and schedule the installation pretty easily. Installation was done earlier than anticipated. Nice selection of various racks in the store. Pricing is about the same as other rack places, but they had a sale that I took advantage of. Lifetime warranty.
Highly recommended - they did high quality work installing a Curt hitch and took good care of our new car. I appreciated their price match and Joe and Will were a pleasure to work with!
The rack spot was awesome for us. Had a hitch installed in my wife's car and bought a 3-bike bike rack to attach to that hitch. Joe helped us pick the proper hitch and rack for what we wanted to do, gave us a great price on them and the installation of the hitch, installed the hitch in record time and after that even spent time showing my wife the use of both even showing her how to mount her bike on it. Kudos for great service, on time delivery and great service. Would wholeheartedly recommend getting your rack with them!
Best luggage/bicycle rack source around. Much more knowledgeable and helpful than a bike shop or REI.
The most upstanding and customer-focused experience I’ve had in a while! JP was incredibly helpful, and did not give up on helping us find the right roof box, even with our budget. He met our need right away and was very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly! A wonderful business that I’d highly recommend visiting :)
