The trainers are very knowledgeable and personable and the other members work very hard and that’s very inspirational. The friendly members also make it a great experience.

Update - It's a few years later and I'm still going strong at TRAPC, pun intended! I'll note that there are more staff, and they all continue to be top notch! I’ve been training with Miranda since November 2024. I can honestly say she's made a huge difference in my fitness journey. I have a lingering elbow issue that could easily limit my workouts, but she's been incredibly thoughtful in how she programs for me—always finding smart ways to work around it without making me feel like I'm missing out.
