I wrote a review 7 years ago “the best facility in the city”. I’m adding to this to recognize the continued (and what feels like constant) enhancements to the gym including the addition of Shara Horne as massage therapist. Shara has been an absolute game changer for me. I went to see her because I tweaked my hamstring, which she miraculously improved, but also helped address a chronic problem I’ve had with my shoulder. Very good gym for young athletes and grown ups for improving strength and agility. Matt was very good explaining the process.
I’ve made so much progress so fast. They know what they’re doing.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and personable and the other members work very hard and that’s very inspirational. The friendly members also make it a great experience.
Fantastic and neat place to be …. I’m in love with the threadmill.
