Jeff Quintin is terrible does not care about the people purchasing a home.
RUN!🏃♀️ Unfortunately the worst buying experience I have ever had. It felt commoditized no representation at closing. In addition there was no disclosure from the sellers (our agent should have caught this) about regarding the special assessments in the MANY THOUSANDS of dollars we would be forced to pay during the first and second years of ownership. The response says everything was disclosed but that is not the case. SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS were not disclosed period. Only the HOA which was reasonable was disclosed the specia... read more
