The apartment at Sweet Briar was perfect for my transition to Seattle. I enjoyed the proximity to the bus lines, restaurants, and Trader Joe's. I could walk, cycle, or take the bus to work and did not need a car. Admittedly, I was disappointed when the Safeway across the street closed shortly after moving in but a new Safeway will open soon with more apartments on top. Toured this property and had such a pleasant experience. I have had such a hard time finding quality leasing agents when looking at properties that are thorough, helpful, and genuine!! I put in an application on the spot and can’t wait to move in here. I am especially excited about the location and bbq area for hosting in the summer! Highly recommend if you are tired of receiving lackluster care elsewhere. Ask for Britney or Taylor!!

I had the best experience touring these apartments. They were beautiful! The staff here was so kind and accommodating compared to any other place I had visited. Would definitely recommend!
