I’ve been living at The Quaye for almost 3 years now, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The staff are friendly, responsive, and always go out of their way to make residents feel at home. The maintenance team is quick and reliable, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. I especially love the amenities like the pool/gym, and the location is super convenient—close to so many great shops! I also love that we are zoned to one of the best schools nearby. Beware of this place. In December 2024 I was looking for an apartment in Wellington,Fl . I made an appointment to see what they had in my price range. They showed me a model and asked me to fill out paperwork to see if I qualified. The next day They called me to say come see the apartment you would be getting. I went and they showed me a basement style apartment nothing like the model and it was disgusting. Everything they said was lies so I said No way, I’m not interested in this place . This property has a beautiful, elegant, and soft atmosphere. But the real standout here is Suleman. He is incredibly welcoming, professional, and speaks with such a smooth, calming tone. From the moment I met him, he provided 100% top-tier customer service. Suleman gave a thorough tour of the property, and what impressed me most was that it didn’t feel like a sales pitch. My family and I have lived at The Quaye for a few months now and it has been great. Suleman in the leasing office was super friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance is fast and responsive to any issues, grounds are clean and kept up with. Overall a great place to live so far.
The coffee should be open even on Sundays for the residence. We pay enough rent and should be allowed to have coffee seven days a week. It should be free as well…. But they think they’re doing you a favor by charging you two dollars for a cup of coffee… highway robbery!!
