This property has become completely disgusting. The entire community is covered in pet waste from irresponsible pet owners, despite there being bags and disposal stations throughout the property. That alone shows the lack of respect from many residents. To make matters worse, the pet waste stations are rarely emptied, so trash and overflowing bags are common. According to the lease, “Conducting any kind of business (including child care services) in your apartment or in the apartment community is prohibited—except that any lawful business conducted ‘at home’ by computer, mail, or telephone is permissible if customers, clients, patients, or other business associates do not come to your apartment for business purposes.” Despite this clear policy, the building next to the leasing office is openly operating a barber shop out of a garage, with customers coming and going. I moved out before Christmas, and I couldn’t be more relieved. I walked my dog past the same area for over a month, and it was taped off with caution tape like a crime scene. All it needed was the stepping stones to be fixed so people wouldn’t fall and get hurt—I’ve seen it happen before. Instead, it still sits blocked off which is so unnecessary. My neighbor has not paid a penny in rent for several months. They are in no rush to evict this individual who makes loud noise in the middle of the night. Everyone should move here, they allow you to live for FREE!
