I AM 65 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. INFESTED WITH COACHROACHES. REUSES CARPET REGRADELESS OF DAMAGES AND MAKES TENANTS PAY FOR CARPET CLEANING WHEN MOVING OUT ($350). EXTREMLY POOR MANAGEMENT. I HAD TO CLEAN ENTIRE APT. BECAUSE THEY ONLY PAINTED AND PUT FLOOR SHINE OVER CAT HAIR. CAT ALSO MAULED CARPET THAT THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE. LONG WAIT TIME FOR MANTENANCE TO FIX A/C OR HEAT. APARTMENT RUN DOWN.
