Unsafe neighborhood, they'll charge you fees for everything, no parking, and don't leave valuables in your car because it will get robbed! Dog crap fills every green patch of grass and major repairs like the pool and gate were not repaired for weeks!
DO NOT LEASE THERE!!!! – DO NOT LEASE THERE! They have big cocroaches that even with cocroach spray can't keep away. The train tracks are so close to the apartments and like 15 trains pass a day!!!! (keeps you up at night!) Gated for a reason, because in the worst neighborhood ever!!!!!! Do not live there!!!
Horrible management and inside is very cheaply made. Huge roaches and TOO close to train tracks (one reason I moved out THEY KEEP YOU UP AT NIGHT). In a horrible neighborhood; gated for a reason!!! They will fee you for anything and everything they can to get money out of you even if it is not true. They make up fees. The outside of it looks nice but thats only because it is only 2.5 years old, give it a couple more years... DO NOT EVER LIVE THERE!!!!
Don't be fooled by this place and the "security gate" entrance. Outsiders come and go as they please and my daugther's car was vandalized. Really scary after dark, too. Nearby social misfits are walking the parking lots. . The walk to school is pretty scary also. My friend's son was jumped while walking through this neighborhood.
