I see other people have stated our property manager was great but we’re going on the third one since I’ve lived here and she hasn’t resolved any issues I’ve had. The coffee shop attached to the apartments annd park ancross the street attract a lot of traffic especially on the weekends. I’ve had to call to get cars towed after waiting 20-30 mins to get into my spot. When asked can an email be sent in regard to skating and boarding in the parking lot it was responded to but not resolved. There are break ins into vehicles over ... read more
So far, we love this place! Manager, Sara has been very nice and helpful and maintenance has been quick to resolve issues we have had. This place is very well maintained and also very quiet.
Love! Love! Love! Maria. She's super attentive to any request. She communicates and follows up with any messege or call, she's awesome. I have had a great experience here and the units at the property are super cute and well maintained. Awesome place.
The Quarry has been an enjoyable place to live these past 3 years. It's hard to find a modern (yet relatively affordable) 2 bedroom apartment that has central air, washer/dryer in unit, open kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances - it has it all! The property manager, Luisanna, has always been very responsive and helpful which is much appreciated. I'm definitely going to miss living steps away from Dark Horse and Palm Springs Liquor. This location is a gem.
