Have had multiple issues since moving in including roaches, mice, bedbugs and maintenance issues including ruptured pipe and a bathroom the floods every time it rains. Floors only partially replaced and multiple holes left in baseboards and closet wall. Pests only partially addressed. I routinely have to remove dead mice from my apartment and clean.
