Today my husband and I visited this property with our son and it was not a great experience. We were greeted with a dry “What can we do for you?” I explained the obvious, to look for an apartment...It was very clear within our brief conversation and silence that we were not welcomed. No information was shared about the property, no smiling faces were rendered, and no questions were asked of us. I wouldn’t recommend looking into this property for future residency.
RecommendedI absolutely love this place😍. My son moved in here 1st, and he loves😍 his place. Then two months later I moved in my apartment. The location is sooo convenient🚙. There was dog pee in the hall way by the stairs on the 2nd floor of A-4 and there is always dog crap on the walk way of A-4. It’s ridiculous 🤦🏽♂️
I just relocated to Dallas and I was looking for an apartment and didn’t have much time was here just for the weekend. I stopped here and was greeted by Jessica. I explained to her my situation and time was of the essence. Jessica sprang into action showed me a two bedroom apartment, she also helped me with cable, cleaning and painting services from local vendors. I signed my lease today and will be moving next week. This place is great, hands down. Staff is fantastic to work with, always happy and eager to talk to you and help you with anything you need. Apartments are very clean and well priced for the area (best bang for your buck). You're down the street from the parks mall and great amusement parks. Very young professional crowd especially the consultant Jessica, and everyone is respectful. I can’t wait to see how the complex turns out. Definitely a 10/10!!
I’ve gone to see them more than a few times to inquire about an apartment and they’ve always been so gracious and happy to show me the progress of the complex! I officially signed my lease last month and I can’t wait to move! The entire staff is amazing! My floorplan and location of my apartment are perfect 😍 counting down the days!
The staff is AMAZING! They are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the PERFECT apartment! I can’t wait to move in!
