Not as expected. More physical theraoy needed and communication with nurses staff and case managers. Meals were very good. They assume caregivers know what to do when patient is released when in fact we needed guidance not just notes on paper.
The physical therapists really work with you, stressing how important to keep up with the work.
After a recent surgery at University of Iowa Hospital, the QC Rehabilitation Institute was recommended to us for my husband's recovery. He spent 2 1/2 weeks receiving exemplary Therapy and Medical Care. We have never experienced such comprehensive care from a team of professionals as we did at QC Rehab (an Encompass facility).
