I’ve been a member of the Quad since 2019. I do both one-on-one personal training and group Boot Camp training. Erik is a fantastic trainer with extensive physical fitness and nutrition knowledge. I highly recommend The Quad for any level of training.
Went to a drop in class Saturday morning and had a great time. Gym was very clean and the coach, Erik, was a very low key and fun. Barbells and weights were all in good condition as well.
I have been a member since it opened. Great training both group and one on one. Stuck through it despite Covid and will continue.
I’ve been training with Erik for almost 3 years. There is nothing like having a one on one with a trainer. You really feel the difference and see results!
