THE OFFICE STAFF LEAVES REVIEWS TO BOOST THEIR OWN RATINGS ON HERE!! Some reviews are BOGUS! Shana and Zavier were the best property managers there. THERE has been a change in management. Remember the people i listed above? They are now GONE. And have been replaced by Jerrell Franklin and Shayla Watkins. Absolutely horrible decision. They are kids running the place. I literally just moved my niece today I found several roaches. Huge ones. How can we get this problem fixed? Or can we get our money back and we will gladly move out. Very disappointed, this apt is far from what we were shown.
The Quad is a really nice place to live! Great staff that’s always willing of help, spacious rooms and a lovely pool. There’s always an effect in the club house that keeps everybody interactive and the quad is the only student housing complex to offer a shuttle that goes to all three colleges. I love living here!
