I've been at The Quad for about a year now, and it's been a very nice place to live. I've have good experiences with the property management company, Cornerstone Apartments. I recently had a problem with bugs and Robert Johnson promptly resolved the issue. Robert was also very friendly and responsive to my questions.

I lived here for almost three years and have nothing but great things to say. Its safe; everyone keeps to themselves and is respectful. I've never had a single security issue. No noise complaints. Location is great. Building management is really responsive if you need anything. Apartments are in good shape. Would highly recommend for anyone on a budget!

I lived here for almost two years and the management has been really good - Sam Frishman & Justin Mullins, Cornerstone Apts. When there is an issue, which is not that often, such as maintenance, fire pit left on, trash, etc. the management team responds quickly. I appreciate that they send someone to clean the lobby and walkways inside the building every month or so. The building provides some security- you enter with a key or key code. It has no amenities but who needs it when you have Wash park and the rec center at a walk... read more

I lived here for about three years and it was overall a good experience. There are not many amenities, the laundry machines are old, and the AC units are not strong enough to cool down the apartments, but I enjoyed the courtyard, new appliances, and quiet neighborhood. I have not witnessed any theft in the past few months. Also, my maintenance requests were responded to quickly. I ultimately moved out because the rent is way too high for the lack of amenities.

Would highly NOT recommend. There is a serious theft and security problem at this building. In my few short months, I have had my bike stolen and seen all of the mailboxes broken into. Furthermore, there is a lack of caring from Cornerstone / management. As far as the units themselves, the appliances are old (heat has broken in the past) and the shared laundry is not kept well. I would encourage a friend to look elsewhere.
