I genuinely feel bad leaving this review because I see a lot of others were happy with this place. I waited a few days to give them a chance to reach out and either make it right or at least acknowledge how poor of service they had with an apology but I was never reached out to. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife. I was even charged $15 for delivery. I am in no way oblivious to the fact that Valentine's Day has to be the busiest day for a floral shop. My husband ordered me flowers from the store "The purple rose" for Valentine's Day. I really liked the flowers and the design. They deliver all over LA which is great. I highly recommend this flower store.

I received a gorgeous Valentine's Day arrangement from my husband and as always, I am beyond impressed. We have ordered from there befor and it never disappoints! The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and absolutely stunning. Each bouquet we've received has been flawless, but this one truly took my breath away.
