My dogs LOVED coming here. They were treated so well and it was a lot less stressful than Petsmart. I didn’t mind paying higher prices… until… We started calling to see if they had open time for nail trims. Three different times we were told to come between a certain time range. Three times we came to find that they had closed early. One time we went and they were open but they had sent all their groomers home despite the fact we said we would be there.
