This style of BBQ is Midwestern. Let's say that first. I'm originally from Chicago and I really liked it. Rib tips and BBQ sauce go along way there but not so much here in Texas. I didn't try the brisket because my focus was on the Ribs and Rib tips. Which I must say were excellent. The sides were pretty good as well. My only regret was I didn't find this place sooner. I wasn’t able to actually try the food. I placed an order for pickup and I was just explaining to guy why I needed to preorder, I’m on lunch and can’t spend the whole time driving there and waiting and driving back it’s 20 mins away. And he was just weirdly rude. At the end he said “ight goodbye”. I’m positive the food is great but I wouldn’t know since the service was so rude. This is clearly a pain point for the restaurant. Just allow for online orders majority of people will pay
