RecommendedThe Purple Paw is literally one of the only boarding facilities I trust or recommend. Christy and her staff are just the best! I have worked at several boarding places (including here) and am familiar with facility operations. No shady practices, everyone is genuine and caring, and they run a safe and clean ship. I can't say enough good things about them! 🙌💜
I needed a place for my girl & on very short notice they were able to accommodate us. They were very sweet with her & she came home feeling so soft & silky!! Will definitely take her here again when needed.
The only place I trust to bring my dogs. Beckett and Ellie love going to The Purple Paw, they literally drag us to the door� I love that they get a bath with being kenneled and they get to play with other dogs as they both are very social. It’s also apparent they get love and affection from the workers, they always leave so happy(which may sound funny but when Ellie doesn’t get affection she shows it and will loose weight dramatically which we experienced with someone who dog sat.) Kind, clean woman who does a beautiful job with the my puppy couldn't consider going any place else.
Not even worth 1 star. I took my mini schnauzer in for a routine grooming (which we do on a regular basis) and in return got her back shaved completely bald (horribly might I add). The groomer was extremely rude when I expressed my frustration & said it wasn’t her problem. The owner did nothing when we went back to see if they could even things out. Absolutely horrible customer service & then they act like they did us favor because we did not feel it was worth the $50 they wanted us to pay. Will not be back & plan to make su... read more
Christy is the only groomer I trust with my scaredy cat of a dog! My Jakarta is super fearful, but I know Christy will be super gentle and loving with her.
