Satisfied customer I have been taken my children to this doctors office for 11 years my son then my daughter the reason i stick with them their open 7 days a week and if my chid gets sick he can be seen in as little as 10 mins usually dont have to wait a long time but if their alot of sick kids it might be a while but other wise they do a great job! I moving to Raleigh so i have to find my kids another doc and i'm going to miss coming here would recommend to anyone!
slow slow slow I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour then in small room for 30 more min. Dr. came in for about 4 mind and then left us for 20 moremin. This is by far the worst Dr. experience I've every had
A Great Place to bring your children to be seen by a doctor I have been taking my kids to the Purcell Clinic for about 10 months now. The staff is always very nice and polite. They are very good about getting you an appointment when you need one. I have called about my daughter being sick and was told to come right in and I was seen within 15 min of arrival. beyond what expected This pediatric office is a combination of several doctors. My child has not seen them all, but the ones she has, has been great. They are very thorough and helpful with questions. They have a separate waiting area for well visits. They are quick to see sick children at a calls notice and have a special walkin time for any other problems. Instead of suckers or stickers as treats, they give books as a reading incentive. The office also has weekend hours which is a major plus for any parent.
