I was very pleased! I'm surprised by the other reviews. My dogs were fine! I have an akita and 2 beagles and they were all perfectly cared for during their stay. The prices were reasonable and the staff very helpful. I will be using them again and would recommend this kennel!
bad company horrible rates - they basically did false advertising and them stuck me with a $150 bill for a 2 minute service....i checked around with local companies and found out that normally this kind of work is $50. also, took them 45 minutes instead of 15 (although the guy told me it would take about 20 minutes). didn't give me a quote ahead of time.
Pup Stop I took my dog and cat to the Pup Stop February 16-20, My husband and I went to Las Vegas for NBA All Star game. When I picked my dog an American Bull Dog who normally has bounds of energy he was so tired he went to sleep during the short10 minute drive home. When I got him home he would not eat and then I noticed that you could see his ribs, he had diarrhea for 6 days. Bad Kennel? We here at The Pup Stop strive to satisfy all customers, but without feedback it is impossible to know a customers concerns. Our kennel atmosphere is a very safe and comfortable one for most dogs. The ability for a dog to go inside or outside to his 20ft run at any time is one of those features which makes this a pleasant environment. BAD KENNEL I took my dog to the Pup stop reluctantly over the holidays. I didn't like the look of the place from the moment I pulled up. They told me that the kennels (which are all outside) were heated, but I am not sure how warm metal and concrete can be in 10 degree weather. The dogs are given a kennel about 3X3 feet and a 10 foot fenced in dog run. Scam Alert Wasted my time, I called the phone up, I asked them if I can go to them and they said yes, I got to apartments area. I called and told them there is no office or shop there and they hung up on me
Great Kennel/ Some people are too picky! I have used this kennel several times and they treat all the dogs great and my dog seems happy when I drop him off and pick him up. The kennels are large and I dare you to find one more affordable. As for all the ridiculous complaints I have read, any idiot knows that ANY pet stresses out a bit when they are away from their regular home and routine. EXTREMELY PLEASED!! I am recent Chicago transplant to the Denver area. In Chicago, I ran 2 do it yourself dog washes and do the same here. I adore my dog and all dogs! When I found out that Denver has no regulations about someone being on the premise of a day care/boarding facility- I was shocked!
