Not making the keys to the house listed for sale available on time (Rick and his associates listed the house for sale without first setting the lockbox...) was just a minor mishandling of the situation. We had a very had time selling our house due to local market conditions and fickle buyers, but the team at Pulciani stayed on top of it and made it a priority to get it sold. When my lawyer didn't have an answer the Pulciani team always did. They even got our grass cut when no one could find anyone to do it.
